Rodrigo Rodriguez, MD.
Dr. Rodrigo Rodríguez is the founder and Medical Director of BioCare Hospital & Wellness Center. He is a licensed medical physician with more than four decades of experience in integrative and supportive medical care.
His work focuses on the medical supervision of personalized integrative programs designed to complement conventional treatment and support overall patient wellbeing.
Medical Supervision & Multidisciplinary Care
BioCare’s medical team is composed of licensed physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals experienced in integrative and supportive care. While our team does not provide primary oncology treatment, all supportive therapies are delivered under medical supervision and coordinated to complement each patient’s existing oncology care.
We encourage patients to continue working with their primary oncologist while receiving supportive care at BioCare.

Javier Vazquez, MD.
Dr. Javier Vázquez is a licensed medical physician and a graduate of the University of Baja California School of Medicine. He completed post-graduate training in Family Medicine and has extensive experience participating in integrative and supportive care programs at BioCare Hospital & Wellness Center.
As part of the BioCare medical team, Dr. Vázquez contributes to the development and implementation of personalized care strategies designed to complement conventional medical treatment. His clinical focus includes patient evaluation, ongoing medical oversight, and coordination of supportive therapies within a multidisciplinary environment.

Melba Romero, MD.
Dr. Melba Romero is a licensed medical physician and a senior member of the medical staff at BioCare Hospital & Wellness Center, with more than three decades of clinical experience. Her professional background includes extensive work in integrative and supportive care programs for patients with chronic conditions, infectious diseases, and inflammatory (autoimmune) disorders.
At BioCare, Dr. Romero participates in the evaluation, medical supervision, and ongoing monitoring of patients enrolled in personalized integrative care programs designed to complement conventional medical treatment.

Dr. Victor Loustaunau is a licensed medical physician and a graduate of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. His medical background includes clinical training with an emphasis on procedural medicine and the integration of supportive therapeutic modalities within a supervised medical environment.
At BioCare Hospital & Wellness Center, Dr. Loustaunau participates in the development and implementation of individualized integrative care programs designed to complement conventional medical treatment and support overall patient wellbeing.
Dr. Loustaunau’s clinical role at BioCare includes medical supervision and participation in supportive therapies such as controlled hyperthermia protocols, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy, ozone-based supportive therapies, and other integrative approaches offered as part of personalized care plans.
All therapies are provided under medical supervision and evaluated individually based on patient suitability and clinical assessment.
